Linus Glenwin Mendes also known as “Glen Mends” - former bass guitarist of Spice Islanders of Lowthers Lane who resided in River Road, St. George’s, passed away on Sunday 7th April, 2024 at the age of 75

He was the husband of: Theresa Phillip Mendes also known as “Theresa Beggs”, Father of: Garth Peters in Canada, Tresa Phillip Mendes, Therea Phillip Mendes in Dominica, Glenwin Mendes Jr., in the USA and Nykeshi Derick, Andy, Kim Alexis and Nicole Phillip, Several grandchildren

Brother of: Ladish Mendes, Sinclair Lawrence Mendes in the USA, Kendell Depradine, Allyson Clouden, Atherly, Hermione, Chrispin, and Tricia Knight, Brother in law of: Regan Nedd Mendes, Peter Phillip also known as “Dixon” and Eli Phillip, Several Nieces & Nephews including: Jackie Mendes in the USA, Diane and Paul Mendes, Alisha Knight

Funeral service on Friday 19th April, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Garden of Remembrance Funeral Chapel, Cemetery Hill, St. George’s according to Pentecostal rites, Interment at St. George’s Center Cemetery
